At Turtle Kits, we’re all about creativity and hands-on fun! We take great care in ensuring our DIY kits reach you in perfect condition. However, if you need to return or exchange an order, please review our policy below.
Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Replacement Policy
We are happy to replace any product purchased through TurtleKits.com under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged.
- There is spillage during shipment.
- The kit contains missing or incorrect items.
If your order meets these conditions, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept return and exchange requests via email at cs@turtlekits.com.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase
📌 If the order is not damaged:
- Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days, but the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
📌 If the order is damaged:
- The exchange will be processed free of charge, with no extra shipping fees.
Refund Policy
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and verified. Shipping fees will be deducted unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Return or Replacement

Processing Your Request
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will:
- Ship a replacement to you free of charge (if the item was damaged).
- Issue a refund (with applicable shipping deductions).
